I am finding it difficult to control anger within me. Must lie low for sometime. Must focus on task at hand.

Probably it's not healthy to contain it inside if it's recurring one. And if it is a recurring one then you better work out on finding root cause and getting rid of it.

It helps to talk to friends such times.

What an Idea, Sirjee!

I'm sure that all anger must have gone with a good fit of laughter :) Expectations letting u down? Let the expectation down :)

Fantastic, I was just about to write the same and checked out your comment.

I get mad at times and break wrist-watches, spectacles etc., And, as a rule, every time, the madness is due to "expectations". When I don't have anyone around, whom I love a lot, for a prolonged period, these incidents never happen. I expect something from my beloved people and I get mad, when I don't get something :-)

So, letting the expectations down(on the beloved, or on a stranger on a road about how to behave) should really help.
